The Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications (AD M&C) supports the Director in planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. This role leads a team of marketing professionals and ensures campaigns are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Assist in developing annual marketing and communication strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with departments to align marketing plans with business goals.

2. Brand & Communications Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Oversee corporate communications, PR activities, and internal communications.
  • Manage media relations and act as a liaison with external agencies.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Lead content creation strategies for various platforms.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor marketing and communications staff.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative team environment.

5. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget allocations.
