Job Responsibilities:
- Daily system checking for customer Purchase Orders (PO)
- Review new customer requirements and technical drawings
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipment bookings
- Monitor customer outstanding orders to prevent overdue deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions
- Support sales & marketing activities and coordination tasks
- Perform general administrative duties related to sales operations
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma above
- 1–2 years of experience in admin, shipping, or sales coordination (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic understanding of documentation and coordination process
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Speaking and writing in English, Malay and Chinese
