- As a Business Development Executive, your duty and responsibility shall include but not limited to the following;
- Supporting Marketing Manager and sales team to source and negotiate of new outlets, fairs, and other chances.
- Supporting Marketing Manager to complete agreed activities and follow up for required documents, submission, and payment.
- Coordinating with malls, suppliers, partner organizations, contractors, and other professionals to complete and deliver projects within time.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmes are delivered on time.
- Sourcing of new promotion ideas or price adjustment suggestion and follow up the timeline with internal teams.
- Generating of new promotion ideas or price adjustment suggestion and follow up the timeline with internal teams.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
- Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information.
- Analyze current sales movement and suggest the improved strategies.
- Help produce report and related marketing materials and literature.
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
- Visit outlets to analyze retails situation, gathering sales info and feedback then bring back to HQ to share and give the suggestions.
- Prepare KPI Outlet Management report to analysis the service and environment by outlet.
- Collect and compile outlets Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data from each department to update to all.
- Prepare the festival fair (CNY, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc).
- Compile fair info, cost, space, result for future usage and analysis.
- Generate Fair Location to inform internal team needed information such as location, period and setup time.
- Coordinate with sales team and internal team to make sure equipment and merchandise for fairs are delivered on time.
- Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, event, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
- Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
- Help produce reports and related marketing materials and literature.
- To assist other team members in department to complete jobs together.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Possess a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Target-driven with strong presentation and closing skills.
- Able and willing to travel when necessary for client meetings, networking, or business expansion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
