ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced engineering strategies to enhance product performance and efficiency
- Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making in product development processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and engineering standards
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve product development processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development lifecycle
- Participate in technical reviews and provide expert guidance on module engineering challenges
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and performance
