職責:

  • 管理學院的日常運營
  • 處理諮詢、註冊和日程安排
  • 維護記錄並與教練和家長協調
  • 負責帳單、付款和學院後勤工作。
  • 確保溝通順暢和客戶滿意度
  • 確保所有周報和日報都是最新且準確的。

要求:

  • 至少兩年行政管理經驗(體育/教育領域優先)
  • 具備客戶服務相關工作經驗者優先考慮
  • 具備電腦操作能力,尤其精通Excel。
  • 偏愛注重細節的人
  • 展現良好的溝通與客戶服務技能
  • 自備交通工具

工作日及工作時間:

週三至週五:下午1點至晚上9點

週六和週日:上午9點至晚上9點
