Job Description

We are looking for responsible and well-organised individuals to join our team as an Admin Assistant.

我们正在寻找认真负责、做事有条理的人才加入我们的团队,担任行政助理一职。

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage daily office and sales administrative operations
  • Assist the manager in analysing sales data
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notices, sales memos, and agendas
  • Record and organise meeting minutes

主要职责

  • 协助并处理日常办公室及销售行政工作
  • 协助经理分析销售数据
  • 确保各部门之间沟通顺畅
  • 准备并发送会议通知、销售备忘录及议程
  • 记录并整理会议纪要

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification and above
  • No experience required (training provided)
  • Experienced candidates will be given priority
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)

任职要求

  • 至少具备 SPM 或以上学历
  • 无需经验(公司提供培训)
  • 有相关经验者优先考虑
  • 具备基本电脑操作能力(Microsoft Word & Excel)
