Job description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation
- Assist in processing orders, delivery arrangements, and service coordination
- Prepare monthly sales reports, tracking performance and key metrics
- Compile and organize data for management review and decision-making
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document control)
- Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
- Support basic accounting or HR tasks when required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Familiar with quotation and invoicing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (words, excel)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
