Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee scheduling records and HR system data updates
- Support payroll preparation, including attendance verification and incentive calculations
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, preparing letters and statutory compliance administration
- Coordinate employee documentation and HR records management
- Support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma graduated in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an HR career
