Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all machinery & factory maintenance and repairs (Tsugami, Tornos Deco, Escomatic).
- Troubleshoot and diagnosed machines under repair.
- Coordinate with external machine service providers for repair and/or support quotation and follow up till machine has been repaired.
- Upkeep in-house maintenance program.
- Maintenance a comprehensive machine downtime history and review and recommend improvement to machine maintenance programme.
- Maintain and further improve in-house facilities and equipment.
- New machine location and installation.
- Sourcing and purchase of machine/facilities suppliers and spare parts.
- Allocate jobs for optimum maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as maintenance technician.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
- Familiarity of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Solid physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
