Sales & Business Development
- Achieve agreed sales and contribution targets within the designated territory.
- Develop new business opportunities with support from Business Development Managers, Specification Team, and Technical Service Team.
- Prepare and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the HoD and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and develop relationships with global and regional key accounts in collaboration with the Key Project Management team.
- Respond effectively to market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Planning & Market Intelligence
- Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and inputs for annual budgeting and corporate reporting.
- Determine and implement regional sales objectives with the HoD.
- Communicate product forecasts, including MIN and MAX requirements, to ensure timely product availability.
- Support and execute market studies as required.
Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across geographical boundaries.
- Ensure timely collection of overdue payments from customers.
- Record and update daily sales activities accurately in the company Salesforce system.
- Provide customer, product, and market information to support regional and corporate requirements.
