Responsibilities :
- Service existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets efficiently and work to expand market share among current and potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other necessary paperwork.
- Manage cash payments and coordinate product collections made by customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and any other relevant documentation as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
- Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to communicate effectively in Malay and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
