We are on the lookout for a Candidate Experience Specialist, Executive Recruiting (fixed term, 12-month contract) to join our Candidate Experience team and support hiring across APAC/MENA on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As part of the Executive Search function within People & Culture, you will partner with global recruiters and senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience. While supporting a broader range of senior and leadership roles, you will contribute to an executive-level standard of coordination and communication across all interactions.
In this role, you will
Manage and coordinate complex interview processes across stakeholders, seniority levels, and time zones with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
Organize travel, onsite interviews, and executive-level logistics
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process, aligned with our executive hiring standards
Maintain accurate data and workflows in SmartRecruiters
Proactively identify scheduling challenges, drive effective solutions & support executive hiring initiatives and projects
