WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Plan and execute various client engagement programs, workshops, and events to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from clients to continually improve and tailor services to their evolving needs
  • Effectively manage the allocated budget for client relationship initiatives, ensuring maximum impact and value for money
  • Provide regular updates on expenditure and propose adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of client-focused initiatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for client engagement and business growth

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing and Events role within employee benefits, insurance, or financial services industries preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and wellness programs, with experience in organizing health-related events
  • Ability to manage a budget effectively
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations
