Responsibilities:
POSITION : NPI ENGINEER
· Lead NPI activities for PCB and electronic manufacturing projects from customer kickoff until mass production.
· Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal department to ensure project requirement and engineering changes are implemented correctly.
· Analyze production data and support continuous improvement activities to improve quality, yield and productivity.
POSITION : PROCESS ENGINEER
· Support NPI, including machine setup, process parameter optimization, and line validation (trial run, first article).
· Collaborate with Production, Quality, maintenance and Engineering team to ensure smooth operation and resolve technical issues.
· Analyze root causes of defects (soldering issues, component misplacement, brifging) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
