The Senior Executive (Credit Control) is responsible for overseeing and executing credit management functions to ensure timely collection of rental and related receivables at Mayang Mall, Kuala Terengganu. This role is critical in minimizing credit risk exposure, improving cash flow and maintaining healthy tenant account status. Key focus areas include effective monitoring of accounts receivable, proactive follow-up on outstanding payments, accurate reporting and strict adherence to the company's credit control policies and procedures. The role supports the Finance Department in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
