Role Description:
- Responsible for driving business growth through the sale of service agreements, maintenance contracts, for industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, and related systems). The role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company’s business strategy.
Key Tasks :
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers for service agreements and contracts.
- Promote Konecranes’ value-added services including preventive maintenance, inspections.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industrial clients across diverse sectors (manufacturing, logistics, energy, automotive, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, renewals, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their operational needs and aligning Konecranes’ solutions to meet them.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate service proposals and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed terms.
- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the region.
- Work closely with Service, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and contract value.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
