Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell property projects, follow up with leads and buyers
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up leads
- Arrange site visits and explain projects
- Post ads on social media and property websites
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage after-sales documentation (SPA, loan, purchaser records)
- Assist in handling buyers’ claims and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Update and maintain SMP/CRM system and sales records
- Support marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and online listings
- Assist in procurement of marketing materials and liaise with vendors
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
- Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Responsible and target-driven
- Own transport (preferred)
Working hours : Monday - Friday ( 8:30am to 6pm)
