SALES ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell the Company's air-conditioning and HVAC solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge in air conditioning.
- Experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, M&E, building services, or project sales will be an added advantage.
- With at least 1 - 2 years working experience in same role.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, dynamic team player, self-driven, willing to work under pressure, and with high integrity.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
