We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Uncover customer needs and interact with our products and services through various initiatives including CVC, CSAT, or CES surveys via Outbound Calls, Email & Texting across customer touchpoint
- Deep understanding on customer insights by identify the pain points and opportunities through the surveys
- Handling customer contact activities includes sales, customer feedback with Customer Relationship Management System
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all level, be it among peers & managers or with customers
- Working in a team to achieve the required Key Performance Index (KPI) & SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
- Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
- Monthly allowance
- Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance)
