The Operations Strategic Leader is responsible for driving alignment between Operations Strategic and Outsourced Manufacturing/ CM (OSOM) projects and the overall Backend Operations (BEO) strategy. This role acts as a strategic bridge between management and the operational teams by providing structured assessment, risk evaluation, and executive-level reporting to support decision-making and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end integration of Operations Business Excellence initiatives into long-term sustenance and operational continuity.
- Ensure OSOM projects are aligned with BEO strategic direction and Best in Class (BIC) priorities.
- Lead end-to-end strategic evaluation including environmental scan, feasibility studies, and operational risk assessments.
- Identify business gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across all manufacturing and operations business processes.
- Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and recommendations with clear business impact analysis.
- Act as the key liaison between management leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and sustainable improvements.
- Facilitate project governance, tracking, and strategic prioritization across initiatives.
- Apply data-driven decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insights.
