About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive project sales in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with sales strategy to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing project sales plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to propose effective system solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
- Prepare timely sales forecasts, reports, and project updates.
- Manage customer accounts, including payment follow-up and collection plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, or HVAC projects or components).
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply also.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
- Passionate about business development and customer engagement.
- Self-driven, energetic, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
