**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline workflows.
- Lead efforts for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage operational budgets and oversee resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and reports.
