Assitant Chief Operating Officer - Food Manufacturing(OEM)

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
  • Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline workflows.
  • Lead efforts for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.
  • Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage operational budgets and oversee resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and reports.

**Objectives:**

  • Achieve operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and food safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Support the company’s growth and scalability through effective operational management.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within manufacturing facilities.

**Required Skills:**

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in large-scale manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems and other operational technologies.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost-control expertise.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and KPIs for decision-making.
  • Adaptability to industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Resilience and capability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Change management skills to lead organizational improvements.
