Full job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Work at Construction Site
- Supervise flooring installation works (Flat Floor, Super flat Floor)
- Ensure all works are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Supervise site workforce including general workers.
- Monitor material requirements, site preparation, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Resolve technical issues on site and report directly to the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing works (preferred).
- Good technical knowledge of flooring systems is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites based on schedule.
