Full job description:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printer, and network related issues to company customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems for customers.
• Assist Company Customers to monitor and ensure proper functioning of IT systems and equipment
• Responsible in the co-ordination of IT systems sold. Technical maintenance and support assignments undertaken by the Company.
Requirements
• Minimum Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networking
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experiencein IT related tasks
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess own transport is an added advantage
