We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Administrator /Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Office Support:
•Assist in daily office administrative tasks and general office operations.
•Handle phone calls, emails, courier arrangements, and document distribution.
•Support filing and organization of physical and digital documents.
2. Documentation & Data Entry:
•Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents.
•Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
•Support document checking, scanning, and archiving.
3. Finance & Admin Assistance:
•Assist with basic billing administration and payment follow-ups.
•Help prepare simple reports and administrative summaries.
•Support coordination with internal teams and vendors.
4. Help coordinate meetings, internal activities, and company events.
•Support office supply management.
5. Learning & Support Tasks:
•Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
•Learn company procedures, office systems .
Requirements:
•Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
•Good communication skills in English.
•Responsible, detail-oriented, and Able to work well in a team.
