Job description:
- Work with project team and involve in procurement, construction, commissioning
- Manage project execution at site for electrical & ELV distribution system.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures and requirements
- Liase with sub-contractor, attend site inspection, and resolve site technical issues.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, site activities, and claim certification.
- Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation order.
- To liase with drafter to update changes on site into as-build drawing
- Prepare request for information (RFI) on changes of specification
- To participate in tender activity
Job Requirements:
- Preferred 3-6 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering on building construction
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred),Bachelor's Degree
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication
- Good organizational, time management, leadership, and decision making skills
- Good project management and supervision skills
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
