About the Program
Love swimming and working with children? Join our Swim Coach Training Program and start a rewarding coaching career with us.
This is a fully sponsored training program, meaning no deposit, registration fee, or payment is required to join. We provide the training and support you need to become a certified swim coach, even if you have no prior teaching experience.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will begin working as a paid part-time swim coach with flexible scheduling options.

Bond Requirement
As the training is fully sponsored by the company, successful candidates will be required to sign a Training Bond Agreement.
The bond requires coaches to:
- Teach for a minimum of 300 paid coaching hours after completing the training program.
- Continue coaching until the 300-hour commitment is fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fun, engaging, and safe swimming lessons for babies and children
- Teach water safety and swimming techniques
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive learning environment
- Follow company coaching standards and lesson plans
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, patient, and energetic individuals
- Passionate about working with children
- Able to swim at least one swimming stroke confidently
- Good communication skills (English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa Malaysia)
- Teaching or coaching experience is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply
- Willing to commit to the training program and 300-hour coaching bond
Working Arrangement
After completing the training program, part-time coaches may:
- Choose their preferred branch location (subject to availability)
- Select their preferred working days
- Choose coaching hours that suit their schedule
