Dynaton Holdings Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 21st May 1996 under the Malaysia Companies Act 1965. 

The company core business is residential and commercial land and property development. The company also undertakes all kind of civil construction work such as earth works, sewerage piping and treatment plant, drainage and building construction besides also providing project consultation services.  

The company is formed in connection with diversified group of associate companies that has undertaken various developments covering residential, commercial and light industrial. All the development projects of the group are managed by Dynaton Management Sdn. Bhd. a company certified for ISO 9001: 2015 in project management.
