IQZAN was incorporated in Malaysia year 1995 in Kulim, Kedah under Companies Act of Malaysia, have been listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under industrial products and services on 18 February 2004. 

IQZAN is a holding company, the Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group") invests in business ventures such as green packaging, environmental friendly engineering processes, and recycled industrial material processing, and manufacturing industries. IQZAN serves customers in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. 

The Group operates through those segments: Manufacturing, Trading, Investment Trading and so forth. The Manafacturing segments engages in manufacturing wooden crates, pallets, and other related wood products. The trading segment refers to the trading of value, fittings and machinery, steel, stainless aluminium, equipment, components, sanitary for of agricultural waste products. The Investment Holding segment provides management services. 

The other segment offers services of callibration and testing of equipment and general products.
