Since 1995, we have been involved in trading,manufacturing and sale of building material products, such as : Paving product, supply and lay concrete imprint, pebbles washed finishes, Mineral stone plaster, supply and lay natural stone and etc.., precast concrete product under the brand name of PCSI.  namely  interlocking pavers,  
Throughout this period we have been established good present in the construction industry.
In the year 1999, we venture into manufacturing and contracting of cast in-situ decorative flooring systems which technology from Australia, using brand name of Sunden Paving, product range namely, Sunden Stamped Concrete, Sunden Stencil Concrete, Sunden Pebbles Washed, Broom Finish, etc.

Mid  2002, we aquired German technology in manufacturing  architectural coating Sunden Mineral Stone Plaster for both local and export market.
