The company began operation in 1993, under SY Perunding, registered with Ministry of Finance, Malaysia (Kementerian Kewangan) and Board of Engineers, Malaysia. The company was later registered as body corporate status with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia under present name, SY Perunding Sdn Bhd, in 2007. The company consists of motivated, dedicated, innovative and practical engineers whose objectives are to provide constant level of practical, cost effective solution and good service to meet clients requirement and budget. The practice covers the entire scope of civil and structural inclusive of engineering master plan study. The specific areas include hotels, shopping complexes, housings/ condominiums/ Apartments/ Hostel, factories, hospitals, bridges and the infrastructures of road, drainage, water supply and sewerage. The company’s mission is to strive for excellence by producing the most optimum design in terms of material economy and buildability. This is to ensure the client getting the most economical buildings at the shortest optimum time with the least construction problem. To achieve this mission, the company’s operation is extensively computerized, using in-house and commercial software.
