YLI Holdings Berhad (“YLI” or the “Group”) is an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. YLI’s subsidiaries are principally involved in the manufacturing and marketing of Ductile Iron (“DI”) and High-Density Polyethylene (“HDPE”) pipes, fittings and other related products and trading of Mild Steel (“MS”) pipes and fittings. The Group has also ventured into construction industry focusing mainly on waterworks related projects in order to diversify its business activities. In 2025, the Group diversified into manufacturing of water meter and smart energy meters, and trading of chemicals for water and wastewater treatment plants.
