COMPANY OVERVIEW

Iwajib Group was founded in 2008 with its initial guarded residential development of 40 units of
double storey terrace home and was completed three (3) months ahead of the scheduled
completion date.

Subsequently, the Group through Hartanah Wajib Sdn Bhd (Company No. 883421-P)
developed another guarded residential development of 133 units of double-storey terrace
home. These 133 units were adjacent to the aforesaid 40 units and again it was completed
three (3) months ahead of the scheduled completion date.

Both developments were known as Taman Cheras Idaman 2 Phase 1 and Phase 2
respectively, located in Sungai Long, Cheras and accessible by Jalan Cheras or SILK Highway
through Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway. It is just 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City
Centre.

Iwajib Group through Iwajib Property Sdn Bhd (Company No.1049204-V) is now developing
OnePark, a gated and guarded residential development comprises of 250 units double-storey
terrace house, of which Phase 1 Parcel 1 (137 units) is completed with Certificate of
Completion and Compliance on 9 August 2019 and Phase 1 Parcel 2 (113 units) has
commenced construction work in July 2019. It is located within the vicinity of Kajang East,
Bandar Sunway Semenyih, Taman Desa Mewah, Kiara Business Centre and Kiara Mall.

Iwajib Group will also develop affordable housing within the vicinity of OnePark.

Further, Iwajib Group is also working on a housing development on another piece of land,
which is a condominium project. This development is located adjacent to Cheras Tropicana,
Sungai Long and Taman Bukit Suria.

Iwajib Group upholds the principle of ‘Creating Comfort Living in the Luxury of Space’ in its
Idaman series residential housing development. Our designs emphasize on natural lighting and
