China Construction Development (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (CCDM), established in 2016 in Malaysia, is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd (CCDC). CCDM is expanding business in Malaysia and aimed to provide a complete construction service from property development, design value engineering to main contractor management services. CCDM has been awarded the main contract in KL ECO City to design and build a 43rd sty Serviced Residences and Hotel by S P Setia. CCDC has been established in Singapore since 1992. Over 25 years of growth, CCDC has become a leading construction company providing main contractor services in Singapore with an annual turnover exceeding US$1 billion. CCDC has obtained Singapore BCA Built Environmental Leadership Award (Gold Plus) and Quality Champion Award (Platinum) to recognize our excellent performance in construction quality and contribution to the society. In 25 years, CCDC has obtained 28 BCA Construction Excellence Award, 7 HDB Construction Excellence Award. Currently, CCDC has 22 projects under construction in Singapore.
