China Railway 17th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CRCC17 or the group), which grew out of the seventh division of railway corps，founded in 1952，entirely integrated into Railway Ministry of China in January 1984 and decoupled from it in October 1999，established modern corporate system in September 2001. The large scale construction corporation is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC).
