MMag Digital Sdn Bhd, is a subsidiary of MMag Holdings Berhad, the Company is principally engaged as a distributor of information technology products and investment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiary company is as disclosed in Note 6 to Financial Statements.

The Company is principally engaged in trading, reselling, retailing, marketing and promoting of all types of information technology and telecommunication and multimedia products, software, accessories and services. However, the Company has temporary ceased its business operation.
