Founded in 2012, Baseliner has risen in now its 5th year to become the leading Cloud for Customer partner of SAP across Asia and Australia, with implementation experience in every region of the world. What makes us different is that not only is Baseliner a customer experience management focused company, but its sole focus is on using SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) to achieve that followed by products such as SAP JAM, SAP On-Premise CRM, and Hybris Marketing to name a few. Plaut IT Australiabacks us up with strong on-premise ECC and CRM capability in Australia and will stay involved in the delivery to ensure more than adequate functional and technical knowledge is apparent.

Baseliner has already successfully implemented SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for users in every continent inclusive of language and process localizations. Currently Baseliner is leading active implementations in Australia, Singapore, the United States, as well as one global initiative. Baseliner was the first customer of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer in South East Asia and has been the first to implement in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia.
