PDC Premier Holdings Sdn. Bhd (Premier), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Penang Development Corporation (PDC), which is the premier development agency of the State of Penang, provides a range of shared services to PDC. We work with PDC to plan and execute overall plans for Penang’s development. We are at the fore of Penang’s development planned to elevate Penang into an international city.
