Woo & Associates, is a Chartered Accountant, a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant (MIA) and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A.K.Woo & Associates provides a wide range of business services to individual and companies across a variety of industries. We are providing management consultancy services not only in Malaysia, but also in overseas, such as Vietnam and Indonesia. The nature of the industries and type of companies include but not limited to : trading, retail, property development, construction, manufacturing and investment holding. We specialize also in providing various professional services, such as statutory audit, internal audit, business management consultancy and restructuring, tax compliances and planning, incorporation of company, voluntary winding up of a company etc. to a wide range of local and multi-national clients. Currently, the firm is providing services to over 200 clients ranging from small and medium to multi-national company, within Malaysia and oversea.
