ACE Power ("ACE") was formed on 1 January 2012, headed by our District Manager, Ace Wong, and assisted by 2 Unit Managers namely Lai Eva and Kelly Ho. Its leader, Ace Wong, started with humble beginnings as a Taekwondo national junior team coach. He joined the insurance industry at the age of 25 and like any other insurance agent, was only an average performer. He knew that had to change when his family began to expand with the birth of his sons in 2004 and 2006. Ace quickly made changes his business direction and way of doing things by setting up systems and tools to assist its members to monitor and track their businesses. Ace's unit and personal sales began to grow and so did his income. That was when he felt that his dream of providing a good lifestyle for his family began to realise. This was represented by our first tagline, "from Dream to Reality". Ace's main inspiration is to help as many team members as possible to achieve their dreams through this business. Since its establishment, ACE grew from a small group of 8 full timers to 40 agents. In its maiden year, ACE breached the two million dollar benchmark as an agency. In its 2nd year, ACE managed to climb to the 9th position of national standings in ING Berhad (before merging with AIA Bhd). Kelly's unit was Top 3 nationwide for 4 consecutive years from 2013 to 2016. They were 4th in 2017. This achievement inspired Ace to want to create more meaningful experiences for its team members. This is when the new tagline, "A-Class Experience" was born. Todate, ACE maintains its performance as one of the top agencies in AIA. So far it groomed four Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers and 100% of its full time agents qualified for AIA's Convention Trips. ACE members do not only distinguish themselves in terms of production and achievements. It is ACE's aspiration to groom more millenial leaders for the future.
