Uni-Vessel Engineering (B'Worth) Sdn. Bhd. is an engineering company that have been set up since year 1978 at Butterworth, Penang. We started our humble beginnings as a manufacturer of pressurized vessels for process industries. After that we are move to a bigger compound at Tasek, Simpang Ampat. Our main activities involved provides technical and engineering support and maintenance in areas of fabrication and installation of steel structures, pressure vessels, sterilizers, tanks, conveyors, piping and related equipment and machinery. In year 1996, another engineering company was incorporated at Lahad Datu, Sabah, engaging in palm oil industry.

Subsequently in 2005, Uni-Vessel Automation Sdn. Bhd. was established in Penang. This unit specializes in automated vertical sterilizer complete with fruit handling system for palm oil mills in Malaysia and overseas and also manufactures and services automation equipment for general process industries.In year 2008, we acquire ISO 9001: 2008 for "Design, Fabrication & Servicing of Machinery for use in the palm oil industry. Management of installation works for the fabricated machineries in palm oil mill". Lately in July 2017, we had upgrade to the latest version of ISO 9001:2015.
