Danau Lumayan Sdn Bhd is a property Development company that was incorporated in November 1993. The development company has been awarded the concession by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and the Federal Government to develop a privatization project at Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras.

This development is known as Danau Lumayan with a total site area of 102 acres. The total development cost for this project is estimated at over 1.6 billion. The whole projects is join venture development between Danau Lumayan Sdn Bhd and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.
