From its humble beginning, Ban Hin Electrical & Construction has succeeded against all odds to transform itself into a major player in the water piping, sewerage and electrical works industry. Ban Hin Electrical & Construction was founded in 1982 under the sole proprietorship of Dato’ Low Ban Hin. Over the years, under the leadership of Dato’ Low, the company has grown from a small-scale electrical and plumbing works contractor to an established water and electrical works contractor for the utility companies. The Company was later incorporated as a limited company known as Ban Hin Electrical & Construction Sdn. Bhd. Together with Datuk Low Ban Seng as the Executive Director, the Company has forged ahead and grew through diversification and offering innovative services. The Company has constructed some of the most notable projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor for SYABAS and TNB. Within its business, aside from water and electrical activities, the company also established businesses such as roadworks and rental of construction machineries. In line with pursuing the development and expansion plan, we procured micro-tunneling and auger machines which are capable of undertaking large-scale sewerage works. We have also expanded into industrial tree plantation to produce logs suitable for plywood and sawn timber.
