To date, Lum Chang has developed high-end condominiums such as the Kuantan Tembeling Resort in Kuantan, Damansara Villa, The Forum and Wickham Manor in Kuala Lumpur. It also developed and built the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) which is now wholly owned by Sime Darby.
