Our Menu Here at cerdito, we offer you Spanish-inspired fusion cuisine, along with a selection of specially concocted beverages.
The food menu features dishes cooked with Iberico Pork, which is a native species commonly found in Spain and Portugal. The Iberico Pork comes from the black Iberian Pig, typically known by its Serrano name of “Pata Negra”, and delivers a delicate and nutty flavor along with a melt-in-the-mouth feeling. Pata Negra loves to gorge on wild thyme, rosemary, mushrooms and acorns. Their diet allows them to have the ability to store fat inside its muscle tissues, resulting in their tender and rich meat.
Ultimately, our kitchen team at Cerdito has our dishes served with Spanish Iberico Pork, as well as a variety of choices catered to every kind of taste buds.
