Great Work-Life Balance for a Recruitment Consultant in KL - No Overtime!
My time as a Recruitment Consultant at Agensi Pekerjaan SRM Sdn Bhd (Sakura Recruit) in Kuala Lumpur was surprisingly good, especially regarding the work-life balance. The absence of mandatory overtime was a huge plus, allowing me to disconnect after work hours. While the pay and benefits are just average, the overall environment made up for it. The seniors were supportive, and there wasn't the cutthroat competition you sometimes find in recruitment agencies.
