Okay Culture, Needs More Consistency
Working here was decent overall. It's a mid-sized company with some solid people, but the company culture definitely has its ups and downs depending on your team and department.
I liked my direct team. Everyone was pretty supportive, especially important as an Account Manager dealing with clients. The hybrid work model also gives some good work flexibility in the Toronto office.
The broader corporate culture can feel a bit dated and slow to adapt. There's often a lack of clear communication from senior leadership, which can make things frustrating for folks in the business services sector. Employee recognition isn't always consistent.
Try to get more consistent messaging out to all teams and improve how employees are recognized for their hard work. It would really help morale.
