Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Landscape, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
Min 1-2 years of experience in site coordination
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of site coordination and the construction process
Able to work outdoors and travel to project sites
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Possess own transport and valid driving license

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities
Monitor site work progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers at site
Assist in preparing site reports, progress reports, and documentation
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at site
Assist in material ordering and site logistics coordination
Attend site meetings when required
Perform other duties assigned by management
