Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, treasury management, compliance matters, and E-Invoicing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cash flow reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Assist in audit and tax-related matters
- Manage E-Invoicing processes and invoice tracking
- Monitor company expenses and maintain proper documentation
- Support treasury and banking transactions
- Assist with LMW monthly and yearly reporting
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance
- Experience handling full set of accounts is an added advantage
- Exposure to audit, tax compliance, and treasury management preferred
- Knowledge in E-Invoicing and LMW reporting is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
