About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract & Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and contract management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contract administration, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices to support project and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts and purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project teams with timely procurement and commercial coordination.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Handle contract claims, variations, and dispute resolution when required.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
- Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of contract administration and procurement procedures.
- Familiarity with supplier management and tendering processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience handling EPC or industrial project procurement is an added advantage
